#1 - If 9 day exponential is above the 18 day exponential moving average
#2 - And price closes above the 3 day hilo bands (The Signal Day)
#3 - Then buy when the high of the entry signal day is traded above
#4 - The stop if wrong is the last minor price pivot low just made
#5 - If the pivot is hard to tell - use the 3 day low as the stop
